Before Booking with Saafi Health and Wellness

Booking and Cancellation Policy

For Out-of-Town Clients: To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend booking your appointment once you are already in town. This way, if your plans change unexpectedly, you won't risk losing your deposit.

Deposit Policy: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required when booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. If we need to cancel your appointment at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a refund. Please note that credit card processing fees may apply and are handled by the payment provider, not Saafi Health and Wellness.

Example: For a service costing $200.00, a $100.00 deposit is required when booking, and the remaining $100.00 is due at your appointment. If the service is under $100.00, the full amount is required as a deposit. Please note that any deposits not used within a year from the date of purchase will be forfeited.

Commitment to Appointments: By making a non-refundable deposit, you agree to our policies. We have a zero-tolerance policy for no-shows.

Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full, unrushed service you deserve. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a loss, and the full-service fee will still apply.
